New addition to the family!

This morning a new addition to my family arrived. My wife, Jasmin and I got a brand new puppy. He is a French bulldog. I will be posting pictures soon but today all I could do is play with him and make sure he wasn't peeing everywhere!

We have named him Bentley and love his bully nature, playful spirit and curious attitude. The greatest part about this is that my sister and brother in law got his sister, lilly, and are raising her 5 doors down from us!

I can't wait to write about our adventures...

Blogging from my iPhone.

This is my first blog written directly from my iPhone. I just downloaded the app blogwriter lite today. The setup was simple and I easily was able to access my real estate blog. Living in San Diego, this is really going to come in handy.

I just got back from my office (11:00pm) after receiving a fully signed offer on a short sale I have listed. I have been in negotiations with the bank, Countrywide for over 11 months on behalf of my clients the sellers. I finally have a fully approved offer that I just spent the last 3 hours scanning and faxing to the bank and emailing directly to the negotiator. I will talk more about the short sale process in upcoming blog posts, but right now I am going to call it a night.
